About

The Diabetes Movement Vault is a curated video library of short, low-impact exercises designed specifically for people with diabetes. The movements are organized into sections: warm-up, mind-body connection, full-body flows, strength basics, metabolic boosters, and movement breaks. Each step includes a short video (2–30 seconds), instructions, and variations. This is not a workout plan. It’s a reference space to help you move safely and consistently, at your own pace. Use it alongside your weekly movement plan to stay on track, reduce stiffness, and support blood sugar regulation through simple daily movement.
